  • Parental leave and family-supportive policies
  • Charity or volunteering time off
  • Group-wide travel discounts

What you'll do:

  • Build and grow a portfolio of luxury travel advisor partnerships.
  • Design and sell bespoke luxury travel experiences tailored to client needs.
  • Drive repeat business and long-term client value through outstanding service and relationship management.

Partnerships & Collaboration

  • Identify and share market opportunities, customer insights, and industry trends.

Market Expertise
  • Maintain expert knowledge of luxury travel destinations, suppliers, and market developments.
  • Stay informed on competitor activity and emerging trends to support commercial success.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance data.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving NPS and customer satisfaction targets.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust at all levels.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and often ambiguous environment.
  • A growth mindset, with a willingness to learn, embrace feedback, and continuously develop.
  • High standards for quality, attention to detail, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Curiosity about luxury travel trends, destinations, and experiences, with a desire to stay ahead of the market.
