Luxury Automotive Service Advisor, supporting clients across our Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Land Rover, and INFINITI brands. You will serve as the trusted liaison between clients and our expert service team, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs while delivering a personalized, seamless experience with precision, clear communication, and professionalism.
We are seeking a confident, highly organized professional who enjoys building client relationships. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of how vehicles operate and can translate technical information into clear, helpful guidance for clients. They remain composed in a fast-paced environment and take pride in providing the attentive, elevated service luxury clients expect.
Responsibilities- Greet and consult with customers regarding their luxury vehicles' service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates of service costs and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule and expedite repairs or maintenance.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure proper documentation.
- Up sell recommended services and products to enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with parts and service departments to ensure availability and timely delivery of services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and manufacturer standards.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a luxury automotive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Proficiency with service scheduling and customer management software.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits- Compensation ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per year (base pay + commission).
