Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
•Strong organizational and time management abilities, must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
•Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
•Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive software and systems
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
