We9re seeking an experienced Lubricants Inventory & Audit Manager to oversee inventory accuracy across our warehouse operations. In this role, you9ll lead inventory control processes, coordinate physical inventories and cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, and ensure inventory integrity within SAP. You9ll also supervise team members while partnering with warehouse operations to improve inventory performance and support business goals.

What You9ll Do
  • Plan, organize, and oversee physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by monitoring product movement throughout the warehouse
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and correct inventory balances within SAP
  • Coordinate product conversions when supplier changes require inventory transitions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for warehouse inventory processes and ensure compliance with established procedures
  • Analyze inventory trends and recommend improvements that balance customer service and financial objectives
  • Supervise and develop inventory team members to achieve productivity and accuracy goals
  • Support warehouse operations with inventory-related projects and initiatives
  • Maintain a safe work environment while following all company policies and procedures
  • Provide outstanding internal and external customer service

What We9re Looking For
  • 3+ years of inventory control, inventory auditing, or warehouse inventory experience, preferably within the lubricant industry
  • Experience supervising or leading warehouse or inventory teams preferred
  • Proficiency with SAP is required
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and warehouse operations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
