No 2025_00924JOB DESCRIPTION (See link to the full job description in the blue box)- University degree in engineering, logistics management, international affairs, political science and/or business management, equivalent to a Master's level qualification, from a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years' post-related experience. Acceptable alternatives: Bachelor's level qualification with 8 years' post-related experience, or an equivalent education combined with an appropriate amount of relevant, professional experience.
- Adequate knowledge of the weapon systems supported by the Programme Office.
- Ability to analyse complex systems and large amounts of data, to synthesize and present conclusions and recommendations in a precise, concise and convincing manner.
- Ability to chair or actively participate in international meetings with partner industries and government entities.
- Ability to facilitate/present persuasively to gain buy-in and effective negotiations skills to achieve desired outcomes including business growth, collaborative logistics arrangements and information sharing agreements.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and work effectively under pressure while producing high-quality products under short-notice deadlines.
- Understanding roles of major U.S. Government, Military and Defense Industry organisations in the development of systems and follow-on support responsibilities throughout their life cycle.
- Detailed understanding of the working processes of the Agency and especially of the Programme Office.
- Good knowledge and experience of NATO and multinational military capability development.
- Good knowledge of NATO capability delivery and development process.
- Good understanding of the Agency's role within NATO
- NATO's official languages are English and French. However, the work of this post is conducted in English and therefore fluency in that language is essential.
