An exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact has opened up at Crystal Springs in Assonet, MA! We're hiring a full-time LPN Supervisor to oversee our nursing team and ensure we're providing high-quality patient care.

Your base pay ranges from $45 - $48/hour, based on experience. REQUIREMENTS
  • Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing
  • Supervisory experience and ability to serve as a role model
  • Ability to perform nursing assessments, triage emergencies, and assist with medical treatments
  • Ability to review and interpret incident reports, lab results, X-rays, and other evaluation reports
  • Computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of relevant safety policies, client confidentiality regulations, and protocols for reporting suspected child abuse or neglect

You need to have strong collaboration, interpersonal, and English communication skills. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and cultural understanding are also must-haves.

DAY-TO-DAY

As our LPN Supervisor, you work within a dynamic environment, coordinate patient care, and help oversee our nursing department.
