We are looking to find an experienced
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for our Short and Long-Term Care units.
- $33.68 to $47.48 per hour based on experience. Plus additional for shift differential!
- Full, Part-Time and Perdiem: Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:- MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse License.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- BLS certification.
- Flexibility with work assignment.
- PCC experience a bonus!
LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:- Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
- Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
- Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
