We are currently seeking part-time to full-time, LPC-Associates to join our growing outpatient practice with five locations across Austin, TX.Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Texas license (Required) ( LPC Associate).
- Independent or dependent practice status.
- Master's degree (Required) or doctoral degree from an accredited program.
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Commit to a caseload of 25+ client sessions per week.
- Be able to work one evening or weekend per week.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed.
- Maintain active licensure, continuing education, and professional standards.
