Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of progressive project management experience, especially in large, complex projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong preference for experience in energy, power generation, or industrial services industry.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsor.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of complex, multi-year energy programs from initiation to closure.
• Plan and manage project scope, resources, and timelines aligned with strategic goals.
• Own financial performance: budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and compliance.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to prevent delays and budget overruns.
• Guide cross-functional teams and vendor partners for alignment and accountability.
