A Snapshot of Your Day

In this role as a Long-Term Program Manager, you will drive the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-year energy programs, ensuring alignment of scope, schedules, and deliverables with strategic business objectives. You will maintain a strong focus on financial governance and risk management, proactively identifying challenges and implementing mitigation strategies to protect program performance. Each day involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and transparent communication throughout the program lifecycle. You will also play a key role in guiding decision-making and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Drive end-to-end execution of a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring seamless transitions, continuous progress, and delivery from initiation through closure.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage project scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring alignment with quality standards and strategic business objectives.
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and compliance with internal and customer requirements.
  • Manage customer commercial relationships, ensuring contract adherence, clear communication, and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks while resolving challenges to prevent delays, scope creep, and budget overruns.
  • Guide cross-functional teams and vendor partners, fostering alignment, accountability, and high-quality execution across all project phases.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice versa.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive project management experience, including managing large, complex projects.
  • Prior experience in the energy, power generation, or industrial services industry is strongly preferred.
  • This role requires 40% travel
