This role will support the growth of UNIQLO's EC business while working closely with the retail logistics Distribution Centre (DC) team to ensure aligned processes, shared visibility, and consistent service standards across both channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day E-commerce logistics operations, including EC fulfillment, order flow, service quality, inventory accuracy, and P&L performance.
  • Manage final-mile delivery operations for E-commerce orders, monitoring carrier performance, delivery speed, cost, claims, customer experience, and service-level achievement.
  • Work closely with the retail logistics/DC team to align warehouse processes, intake planning, inventory handling, transportation coordination, KPI reporting, and issue resolution across EC and retail channels.
  • Partner with internal teams, including E-commerce, IT, Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, Customer Support, and Retail Operations, to improve order fulfillment performance and support business growth.
  • Manage daily operational performance of logistics partners using dashboards, KPIs, root-cause analysis, and regular business reviews to identify issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for EC fulfillment and transportation, including process standardization, productivity improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement, and service quality improvement.
  • Support import logistics and intra-Canada transportation planning by coordinating intake volume forecasts, warehouse capacity, and operational readiness with EC and retail DC stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies, fulfillment exceptions, delivery issues, and customer-impacting operational risks, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence.
  • Negotiate and manage service provider rates, service standards, and operating requirements for EC fulfillment, delivery, and related logistics services.
  • Maintain flexibility to support future business changes, including potential expansion or transition of responsibilities into retail logistics/DC operations as organizational needs evolve.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to organizational success.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Over five years of progressive logistics experience, preferably with strong exposure to E-commerce fulfillment, final-mile delivery, warehouse operations, and partner management.
  • Strong understanding of EC logistics operations, including order fulfillment, carrier management, inventory accuracy, delivery performance, customer-impacting issue resolution, and operational KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating with retail logistics, distribution centres, store replenishment, or multi-channel logistics operations considered a strong asset.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with EC, retail logistics/DC, IT, merchandising, allocation, finance, customer support, and external logistics partners.
  • Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic settings with minimal structural guidance and direct oversight.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems, transportation management tools, dashboards, and related logistics technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to use performance metrics, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making to improve service quality, cost, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Skilled in managing multiple concurrent projects, including complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining relationships with external vendors, carriers, fulfillment partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. French language proficiency considered an asset.
  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with a results-oriented approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically across Canada as required.
  • Flexible availability with capacity to provide after-hours support in alignment with business demands.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
  • High-visibility role supporting the growth of UNIQLO Canada's E-commerce logistics operations while collaborating closely with retail logistics/DC teams.
  • Career growth in a company where the role may expand with business needs, including potential future responsibility within retail logistics/DC operations.
