Logistics Plans and Assessment Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Logistics Plans and Assessment Analyst, you'll bring your cross-functional logistical planning and coordination background to work on projects for our defense mission client. You'll anticipate, identify, conduct research and analysis, and recommend strategy and concept of operations in support of military exercises, operations, and contingencies. You'll help evaluate the effectiveness of plans, orders, and SOPs during exercises and contingency operations and implement changes necessary to increase effectiveness and compatibility.

You'll use your skills and expertise to guide the work we do for our Marine Corps client and the solutions we deliver for in support of military exercises, operations, and contingencies

You Have:
  • 15+ years of experience conducting logistics planning and coordination across all functions of logistics
  • Experience working in a general officer level headquarters and performing logistical planning
  • Experience developing executive-level products, including analysis of critical capabilities and capacities within the Marine Corps
  • Experience developing recommendations based off analysis that inform executive-level decision making and resource prioritization
  • Knowledge of current logistics and readiness for United States Marine Corps orders and directives
  • Ability to author reports that will be used to provide enterprise-level feedback and analysis on lessons learned during design implementation
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Graduate of a Command and Staff College


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience planning logistics in the Indo-Pacific Command area of operations
  • Experience serving with a Marine Logistics Group Headquarters
  • Experience providing General or Flag level officer briefs and correspondence
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Graduate of a School of Advanced Warfighting or School of Advanced Military Studies

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
