Job Description :The Operation Leader is responsible for leading daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The role manages the Operations Team, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and works closely with Sales, Customers, Carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Operations Team to achieve operational and service objectives.
- Ensure timely and compliant execution of Air, Ocean, Ground, and Project shipments.
- Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage customer escalations and support key account relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
- Optimize resources, productivity, and operational costs.
- Collaborate with Sales and other functions to support business growth and customer retention.
Qualifications- Minimum 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics Operations.
- Previous leadership experience in an operational environment.
- Strong knowledge of international transportation and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a continuous improvement mindset.
