The Operation Leader is responsible for leading daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

The role manages the Operations Team, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and works closely with Sales, Customers, Carriers, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Operations Team to achieve operational and service objectives.
