Work you'll do

As a Project - Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Operations Transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting executive operations and administrative priorities in a dynamic client environment by:
  • Evaluate and report on what work is being descoped due to material availability.
  • Locate, evaluate, organize, and report on key operational and financial metrics and ship parts.
  • Provide summary of who/when/where of the ship cannibalization information including where the parts payback coming from highlighting the second and third order effects in the cannibalization process.
  • Assist in tracking, management and optimization of key operational and financial metrics, including analysis regarding ship parts
  • Mitigate parts challenges
  • Liaison with Ship's Supply Officer and supply departments, as well as counterparts in matters pertaining to material readiness.
  • Apply business and logistics principles to track, manage and optimize supply chain activities and maintenance operations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Active Secret clearance
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics management
  • 5+ years of experience supporting defense clients
  • Ability to work on site 4 days a week
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,800 to $171,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individ ual and organizational performance.
