Full Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to lead our warehouse shipping operations and drive continuous improvement throughout our logistics and inventory processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys optimizing operations, improving efficiencies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

As our Logistics Manager, you'll oversee shipping and receiving operations, inventory management, distribution, and logistics planning while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance and deliver outstanding results.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise the Shipping and Receiving team, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate daily operations.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
  • Manage the movement, distribution, and transportation of products and materials throughout the supply chain.
  • Partner with internal departments to coordinate workflows, monitor inventory availability, and resolve material shortages or shipping issues.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through effective material tracking, location management, auditing, and reporting.
  • Analyze inventory and logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, and support business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures that promote consistency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen inventory management capabilities and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to improve supply chain performance and achieve company objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain management.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics planning, transportation, and distribution operations.
  • Experience developing and improving operational processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems, D365 a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with inventory analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
