This opportunity is for a Logistics Manager role supporting operational execution within Deloitte's Enterprise Performance practice. The role is focused on leading shipment coordination, operational tracking, and cross-functional execution tied to global equipment movement and warehouse-based activities. The ideal candidate brings logistics and program leadership experience, strong operational judgment, and the ability to drive timely, accurate execution across teams.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, Managed Services (Logistics Manager) on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
  • Lead end-to-end logistics and shipment execution activities supporting global equipment movement programs
  • Manage cross-functional coordination across warehouse, logistics, operations, and other stakeholder teams to drive timely and accurate shipment execution
  • Oversee shipment, inventory, and tracking data across required systems to support operational accuracy, reporting, and issue resolution
  • Identify shipment risks, delivery issues, and process gaps; escalate issues as needed and drive corrective actions to resolution
  • Lead operational workstreams, define priorities, and monitor execution against program timelines and service expectations
  • Coach and provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members supporting logistics and operational activities

Teams in this practice support large-scale business processes, operational improvement efforts, and program execution across functions. For this role, the team supports logistics and warehouse-based operations tied to global equipment shipment activities.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, shipping coordination, warehouse operations, inventory management, or program management
  • Experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams in a logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or operations environment
  • Experience managing domestic or international shipment activities and coordinating across warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations
  • Experience overseeing shipment, inventory, or tracking data in business systems and using that information to support operational reporting or issue resolution
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • Experience leading equipment-based shipping or asset distribution programs
  • Experience managing shipment documentation, tracking records, or inventory reporting processes
  • Experience identifying shipment exceptions, service risks, or delivery issues and driving resolution
  • Experience coordinating across warehouse, logistics, operations, and stakeholder teams
  • Experience supporting process improvement, workflow standardization, or operational controls
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members in an operational setting
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,000 to $210,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
