The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for Full-Time Logistics Management Specialists, NH-0346-03 to work at Air Force Sustainment Center in the 448 Supply Chain Management Wing (448 SCMW) on Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia. 2026 Salary Range: $89,508-$138,370 Yearly (Includes locality pay)

Who May Apply: This position is open to current 448 Supply Chain Management (SCMW) employees only.

The primary purpose of these positions is to serve as logistics management specialists in support of sustainment phases of assigned systems, programs, or major equipment.

Mission Statement -Provides the most combat effective and efficient penetration of enemy air defenses with Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) platform engagement capability. Responsible for weapon system transition and nose-to-tail organic supply chain support for C2ISR weapon systems as it shifts from Contractor Logistics Support (CLS). Provides supply chain support for other designated C2ISR weapon systems and other Wing designated Common Avionics-platform programs assigned for transition into the Avionics Squadron. The Flight is postured to provide supply chain, logistics, and engineering support for multiple systems to include RQ-4 Global Hawk, RQ-9 Reaper, Multi-Spectral (MS-177) Sensors Suites, and Weather Radar, used by DoD and Allied Forces with a 20 member team executing a $60M forecasted annual budget.

Requirements:

1. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

2. Obtain & maintain a Security clearance (if applicable).

3. No PCS expenses will be paid.

4. Work may occasionally require travel away from the normal duty.

5. May be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours.

Recruitment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

1. Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.

2. Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.

3. Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition., supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas.

4. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with accuracy, and maintain good working relations with all individuals and organizations.

5. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.

6. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.
