- Plan, develop, and direct the integration of functional area logistics support for SIGINT/EW systems.
- Plan and integrate logistics support for Dept of Army and National Security Agency.
- Provide worldwide supply support guidance and assistance to INSCOM units.
- Develop INSCOM position on Special Access Programs (SAP), Intelligence Operations Books, and other supply support issues.
- Analyze requests for and implementation of standard and nonstandard logistics support to SAPs.
- Analyze data, trends, and patterns to anticipate critical requirements.

Conditions of employment- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance based on a T5 (or equivalent level) investigation with eligibility for sensitive compartmented information (SCI).
- All INSCOM employees may be subject to extended TDY or worldwide deployments during crisis situations to perform mission essential functions as determined by management.
- Temporary Duty (TDY) Travel may be required 25% or less of the time.

To qualify, your resume must demonstrate that you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) in the Federal service.
