Summary

You will serve as a Lead Logistics Over-The-Shore (LOTS) Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) Product Support Provider (PSP) within the Headquarters (HQ) Business Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES INSTITUTE.

• You will write program policies in support of integrated logistics support (ILS) mission requirements.
• You will develop logistic evaluation criteria to measure contractors' progress.
• You will monitor, evaluate and coordinate the execution of integrated logistics support for major equipment/systems including expenditures and project cost using IMS schedule and reporting tools.
• You will resolve integrated logistical support (ILS) problems by developing new approaches and procedure.
• You will coordinate integrated logistical support (ILS) plans to support the activities of equipment and systems throughout the life-cycle.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) performing Manpower and Training Requirements Planning (MTRP) and developing/maintaining Navy Training System Plans (NTSP) for military equipment or systems; 2) demonstrating curriculum development, instructional systems design (ISD), and managing training lifecycles-specifically adapting or developing training materials, methods, and technologies for complex technical systems; 3) serving as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) or in contract administration, including developing technical specifications, reviewing contractor deliverables, and monitoring contractor performance (specifically CIMOTS or similar training support contracts). ***NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume.***
