  • Maintain accurate paper and electronic records of receipts, issues, returns, and inventory adjustments to support audits and traceability.
  • Run basic system queries and reports (e.g., on-hand balances, open picks, aging inventory) to support Depot Distribution Center operations.

Housekeeping, Safety & Equipment Care
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and stockroom areas, including aisles, bins, staging areas, and workstations.
  • Comply with all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and material handling guidelines.
  • Perform basic care and pre-use checks on material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, carts, forklifts if licensed) and report any issues.

Coordination & Customer Support
  • Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and other internal customers to validate material availability and resolve material issues.
  • Support customer walk-up requests and provide status updates on material location, availability, and shipment status.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and other departments to keep work flowing and resolve problems quickly.

Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Follow established Depot Distribution Center procedures, work instructions, and quality standards for all warehouse activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve material flow, reduce errors, increase inventory accuracy, and better utilize warehouse space.
  • Participate in process improvement or corrective-action activities as assigned by the Depot Distribution Center Lead.
