Full Job Description
SUMMARY

The Logistics Excellence Manager supports the management and development of the Delivery Center supervisors

and KSI's final-mile logistics operations. This role balances field training, performance analytics, continuous

improvement, and administrative governance to establish consistent execution across the network. The Logistics

Manager is accountable for reviewing route performance, identifying high cost-to-serve and overtime outliers,

improving productivity, reducing quality and safety issues, supporting regulatory compliance, and balancing

operating efficiency with customer excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with Safety and Regional Directors to train, coach, and support Delivery Center Supervisors

and field logistics leaders.
• Standardize final-mile logistics best practices, operating procedures, and performance expectations across

the KSI network.
• Develop, implement, track, and reinforce logistics training programs, including onboarding and refresher

training for supervisors and system users.
• Facilitate field logistics training and operational observations to create consistent final-mile delivery

execution across the network.
• Review all final-mile routes routinely and identify outliers related to high cost-to-serve, excessive

overtime, low stop density, excess mileage, poor route balance, or service failures.
