Build the Future with Us

This is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping the world's infrastructure, energy systems, and communities. In this role, you'll apply your skills to cutting-edge projects, making a real impact where it matters most.

As a Logistics Coordinator within Project Procurement and Supply Chain Management, you will help move modules, equipment, materials, and project cargo safely and efficiently from suppliers to project sites. Reporting to the Director, Supply Chain and the Senior Logistics Lead, you will connect suppliers, project teams, clients, site receiving teams, and approved logistics service providers across energy, resources, industrial, mining, and infrastructure projects.
YOUR IMPACT
  • Drive logistics planning from proposals and early project stages through shipment delivery and closeout, helping projects receive critical cargo when it is needed.
  • Coordinate road, rail, air, and marine shipments through approved providers while supporting safe, compliant, and cost-conscious delivery.
  • Strengthen supplier-to-site readiness by partnering with Procurement and Expediting to clarify cargo requirements, monitor milestones, and coordinate shipping releases.
  • Maintain complete, audit-ready shipment registers, cost trackers, risk logs, proof-of-delivery records, approvals, and closeout documentation.
  • Manage exceptions early by escalating safety concerns, damage, customs or regulatory holds, critical delays, cost changes, and service-provider performance issues.
  • Contribute to smarter project delivery by improving logistics plans, procedures, templates, reporting, and lessons learned across WSP.

  • Working knowledge of multimodal transportation, freight and commercial documentation, Incoterms, cross-border responsibilities, packing and marking requirements, and supplier-to-site coordination.
  • Ability to organize technical cargo data-including dimensions, weights, lifting information, dangerous goods details, and handling constraints-and identify gaps before they affect delivery.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint; experience with procurement or document-control systems is an asset.
  • Availability to travel to supplier, port, warehouse, or project locations when required, with sound judgement in safety, compliance, escalation, and records management.
