How a Logistics Analyst Principal Will Make an Impact
• Supports customer logistics requirements by analyzing, planning, and managing all phases of provisioning, spares, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Performs demand forecasting, material procurement, production planning, inventory management, cost-reduction initiatives, outsourcing activities, vendor selection, and distribution.
• Coordinates and monitors the full logistics and procurement lifecycle from RFQ through closeout, including review and processing of Receiving Inspection Reports and related invoices in the financial system.
• Ensures procurement system standardization and data accuracy.
• Collaborates with the Strategic Acquisition Office to meet program requirements.
• Maintains accurate reporting in the system of record and ensures proper accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contract Acquired Property (CAP).
• Develops and maintains integrated processes, including desktop SOPs, across internal PMO functions.
• Conducts data collection, spot checks, and assessments to identify process improvements and provide recommendations for policy and procedure updates.
• Participates in PMO daily syncs, weekly procurement meetings, and monthly logistics reviews.
• Prepares and presents written proposals and recommended solutions to customers and management.
• Provides training, guidance, and subject matter expertise within assigned areas of responsibility.
• Identifies and resolves logistics lifecycle issues, adjusting plans as needed.
• Maintains metrics and produces required government deliverable reports.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science
Experience: 8+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
Security Clearance: Secret
Required Skills and Abilities:
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication with government and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with PIEE and associated property accountability modules
• Knowledge of trade compliance practices
• Familiarity with military logistics systems such as CHESS, FEDMall, PubLog, IGC, AESIP, and others
• Understanding of the Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) Program
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and courteous communication across in-person and electronic channels
• Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and support new PMO tasks
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of SCM policies and procedures, including FAR/DFARS
• Understanding of SOWs, BOMs, CRFs, SSJs, CHESS, and PIEE

The likely salary range for this position is $85,093 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
