Job Description:As a Logistician at Parsons, you will join a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Become part of a diverse group of 500 professionals delivering expertise in logistics, acquisition, and life cycle management across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in integrated logistics support, adept at managing logistics processes and ensuring that systems and personnel are equipped to advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter.
Key Responsibilities: - Integrate and manage logistics processes within operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments.
- Direct the development and implementation of logistics support policies, procedures, and systems.
- Prepare and enforce directives to ensure effective logistics support and workforce readiness.
- Develop, initiate, and manage all logistics actions associated with the life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.
- Establish and enforce standards for training and equipping assigned personnel.
- Provide implementation guidance and support for logistics operations and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.
- Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree.
- 3-7+ years of professional experience in integrated logistics support.
- TS/SCI is required
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with life cycle management and logistics systems preferred.
Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
