Job Description:

As a Logistician at Parsons, you will join a fast-paced team supporting mission-critical requirements for the Department of War and United States Army. Become part of a diverse group of 500 professionals deliveringexpertiseinlogistics, acquisition, and life cycle management across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a portfolio of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in integratedlogisticssupport, adept at managinglogisticsprocesses and ensuring that systems and personnel are equipped to advance Army modernization and support to the warfighter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate and managelogisticsprocesses within operational, acquisition, and wholesale environments.

  • Direct the development and implementation oflogisticssupport policies, procedures, and systems.

  • Prepare and enforce directives to ensure effectivelogisticssupport and workforce readiness.

  • Develop,initiate, and manage alllogisticsactions associated with the life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.

  • Establish and enforce standards for training and equipping assigned personnel.

  • Provideimplementation guidance and support forlogisticsoperations and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration oflogisticsactivities.

  • Monitor and report onlogisticsperformance,identifyingopportunities for process improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree.

  • 3 6 7+ years of professional experience in integratedlogisticssupport.

  • Active Secret is required

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with life cycle management andlogisticssystems preferred.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.

Salary Range: $74,800.00 - $130,900.00
