The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking a cleared Acquisition Logistician to support an Army Product Management Office at Ft. Belvoir, VA. In this role, you will provide senior-level logistics expertise to support the development, production, delivery, and sustainment of critical capabilities for Soldiers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides senior-level logistics expertise.

  • Support the PM’s Property Book Manager in all accountability processes and procedures, serve as an alternate for meetings, and providing support to the Program Manager as needed.

  • Address property accountability and fielding procedural and policy issues from the New Equipment Fielding/New Equipment Fielding (NET/NEF) Teams and Regional Coordinators.

  • Provide training to new and existing LMD Staff on Army and PdM PSRS software systems and procedures.

  • Develop and update the fielding and property accountability process training aids and Standard Operating Procedures as requirements dictate.

  • Monitor PdM PSRS accountability system fielding reports to assure processing and fielding timelines are met.

  • Responsible for effectively researching, analyzing, and editing military serialized items, as it pertains to open, closed, and rejected Lateral Transfers in support of fielding requirements.

  • Contact Army Units to ensure the electronic Lateral Transfers are accepted when elevation is needed.

  • Provide support to NET/NEF teams during fielding events to resolve issues discovered during fielding events and supporting documentation verification.

  • Oversee implementation of Army Accountability systems ensuring the preservation of the PdM’s policies and procedures to maintain current success.

  • Perform data integrity checks in PdM PSRS accountability system.

  • Analyze processes and procedures regularly to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Provide training to new and existing NET/NEF teams on the fielding process and the interface between Army and PdM PSRS property accountability systems.

  • Develop and update training programs necessary to provided training to NET/NEF teams to support fielding missions.

  • Consult as needed on Configuration Management Board for the PdM PSRS accountability system.

  • Provide support to Regional Coordinators in completing daily work as needed.

  • Assist Equipping Manager with Property Accountability and procedural issues.

  • Perform research in support of Product Manager serial number and fielding queries.

  • Competency in communication, leadership, logistics automated systems, team management, and risk management.
