Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the maintainability and operational readiness of our rolling stock equipment. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as the In-Service Readiness department and external suppliers), analyze and optimize maintenance strategies, and contribute to the success of international projects by delivering high-quality, timely solutions.

You'll specifically take care of conducting maintenance studies and creating LSA deliverables, but also liaising with internal and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

We'll look to you for:
  • Analyzing, optimizing, and validating support and maintenance elements during the design stage
  • Proposing design improvements and optimizations to integrate maintenance constraints
  • Guaranteeing the export of LSA requirements to suppliers through tenders
  • Utilizing operational feedback to enhance service strategy
  • Performing maintainability demonstrations
  • Producing LSA deliverables, including Maintenance Plans, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) evaluations, and Initial Provisioning Lists (IPL) of spare parts

Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
