CRNA Locum Job in Norfolk, Virginia
• Specific Details for Assignment: Large hospital system - All types of cases, chose your preference. Call preferred
• Length of Contract: Ongoing
• Schedule: 8, 10 and 12-hour shifts possible with call
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Prefer help with call: Max 1-2 shifts/month, most likely no call at all. All call is beeper (pending additional call details)
• Cases: Vascular, Neuro, High Risk OB/GYN, Ortho, General, Thoracic, Trauma and outpatient surgery. No peds. CRNA's place epidurals, spinals and arterial lines.
• OB: Yes
• Facility: • Level 1 Trauma hospital plus community hospital settings
• Support staff: Covering 3 sites (one level 1 Trauma, 2 Community Hospitals). Current Staff made up of 30+ ANES, 70+ CRNAs full time
• Supervised under care team model 1:4
• Hospital bed sizes: 700-bed hospital, 250-bed hospital, and 175-bed hospital
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Cerner
• Credentialing: Emerg Temps Possible. Otherwise 90-120 days
