About the Job
Job Summary:
Primary Care Physician - Outpatient:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with Tuesdays until 7 PM.
Patient Volume: Approximately 3 patients per hour.
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient primary care setting.
Responsibilities: Adult outpatient care, EKG interpretation, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, employment physicals, and disability exams.
Call/Backup: No supervision of other providers, in-house codes, or ED backup required.
EMR: Athena.
Credentialing: Quick approval available.
Requirements: Active New Jersey medical license and provider must live within 45 minutes of the practice.
Board Certification: Preferred; truly Board Eligible candidates may be considered.
BLS/ACLS: Preferred.
NPDB Self-Query: Must be pulled within 30 days at presentation.
