Lobby Ambassador Supervisor – JLL

What this job involves:

The Lobby Ambassador Supervisor leads a team of Lobby Ambassadors to deliver exceptional client and guest experiences at our San Francisco location. This role oversees daily operations, manages staff scheduling and performance, and serves as the primary escalation point for complex service issues. You'll ensure seamless service delivery across all shifts while maintaining the high hospitality standards that define JLL's workplace experiences. As a key member of our Experience Services team, you'll foster a culture of excellence, develop team members, and create memorable experiences that strengthen our lasting partnerships with clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Supervise and coach a team of Lobby Ambassadors, providing real-time feedback and conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure consistent service excellence • Create and manage staff schedules across all shifts, track absences, coordinate coverage, and approve time-off requests while maintaining operational continuity • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex guest service issues and customer complaints, resolving matters efficiently and professionally • Build strong partnerships with on-site stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, guest satisfaction data, and operational trends to drive continuous improvement • Onboard and train new team members on service standards, facility knowledge, and JLL's hospitality-focused culture • Prepare comprehensive reports on team performance, guest satisfaction, and key operational metrics while managing budget considerations related to staffing

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field • Proven experience managing teams in a client-facing environment • Budget management experience with demonstrated ability to control costs while maintaining service quality • Advanced written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and scheduling software • Flexibility to work various shifts including early morning, evening, and holiday hours to provide coverage for special events and staff absences • Up to 20% travel required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with reporting tools and data analysis • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or corporate workplace services • Familiarity with San Francisco area amenities, dining, hotels, and attractions • Certification in customer service or hospitality management • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages commonly spoken in the Bay Area)

Work Shift: 1st Shift

Estimated compensation for this position:

87,900.00 – 87,900.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
