Job Title: Loan Systems Team Lead

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Enterprise Business Applications

Hours of Operation: M - F, 8am - 5pm

General Job Summary:

Lead a team of Business Analysts in support of the bank's Loan Origination System platforms.

Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank and Trust areas. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a team of Business Analysts to ensure their work is assigned appropriately and monitored for accuracy, timeliness and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the business units to coordinate program objectives and ensure documentation is accurately maintained (i.e. sponsorship, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources and budget).
  • Facilitate regular status meetings with IT and business unit teams as needed.
  • Coordinate Operations audit activities to ensure Operations provides requested system and software documentation in a timely manner and works with audit and operation staffs to develop sufficient responses to all findings.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies across the SYB technology and application stack.
  • Participate in all strategic technology architecture evaluations, designs, planning, and implementation initiatives associated with your area of responsibility.
  • Remain up to date in the latest technology trends and strategies via training, conferences, vendor meetings, etc...
  • Develop, manage and report metrics for project and support ticket activities specific to loan systems.
  • Maintain system and software documentation to ensure compliance commitments are met.
  • Other duties as assigned


Working Conditions:

Works in office, computer room and conference rooms. Minimal travel required.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree preferred

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the banking industry specifically with Loan Origination System Platforms
  • Experience working with teams to implement technology and application solutions in a bank environment
  • Experience with Fiserv Core, MeridianLink, and Abrigo is preferred
