Qualifications

• Current New York State Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience successfully leading a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success with quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, census development, financial performance, and staff engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Solid understanding of long-term care operations, regulations, budgeting, and quality assurance.
• Ability to lead a large, complex operation with a focus on residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities
