Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
- Lead, develop, and support department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain strong clinical outcomes.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and execute strategies to support census growth and community engagement.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and community stakeholders.
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on resident satisfaction, staff retention, and excellent customer service.
- Ensure timely completion of regulatory reporting and survey readiness.
Qualifications- Active Connecticut Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and achieve quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
