Full Job Description

We are actively expanding our Business Development team and seeking experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) in Florida, California, and Utah. We are a rapidly growing healthcare services company focused exclusively on the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced administrators to leverage their SNF expertise in a growth-oriented, relationship-driven role.

This role is well-suited for an administrator who has extensive SNF experience and is looking to transition from the operational demands of facility leadership into a growth-oriented role. It offers the opportunity to apply clinical and operational expertise in a strategic, relationship-driven position within a company that is actively scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, administrators, clinical leadership, and ownership groups
  • Represent the organization and clearly articulate the value of our services to prospective partners
  • Travel locally and regionally within assigned territories to develop relationships with Skilled Nursing Facilities, administrators, and ownership groups.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities aligned with the company’s expansion strategy
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on market development initiatives
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and credible industry resource for SNF partners
