Job Summary:
THE JOBWe are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. Position is a blend of high level and detailed analysis of operational and financial performance. This person must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO- Perform a variety of financial analytical tasks including the research of variances in month end, forecast, and budget
- Prepare monthly forecast analysis, including event analysis, non-event revenue and expense analysis, CapEx analysis, and fixed cost analysis
- Prepare monthly forecast pack
- Collaborate with regional finance teams on weekly flash reporting and analysis
- Identify and diagnose data quality issues impacting month end, forecast, budget, and financial reporting
- Participate in annual budget process, including historical analysis, and preparation of budget presentation pack
- Lead accounting team during month end to provide meaningful analysis focused on event CM variances, non-event CM variances, and fixed cost variances.
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures/policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
- Perform ad hoc projects as required
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 3-5 years' comparable work experience
- Quality problem solving and communication skills
- Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including spreadsheet (Excel) and database software as appropriate.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$84,000.00 USD - $105,000.00 USD
