Responsibilities

  • Manage litigation cases from start to finish, including personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases.
  • Develop tailored case strategies by evaluating liability, damages, and case value.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents; take and defend depositions.
  • Prepare witnesses and exhibits, and participate in trial proceedings as needed.
  • Advocate for clients by guiding them through the litigation process and negotiating with insurance carriers.
  • Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and experts to efficiently advance cases.

Full Job Description
Manage litigation cases: Handle personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases from litigation through settlement, trial, or other resolution.

Develop case strategy: Evaluate liability, damages, case value, and litigation strategy tailored to each client.

Handle litigation: Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents; take and defend depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Prepare for trial: Prepare witnesses and exhibits, work with experts, and participate in trial proceedings as appropriate.

Advocate for clients: Communicate regularly with clients, guide them through the litigation process, and negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.

Work with the team: Work closely with legal assistants, paralegals, attorneys, and experts to move cases forward efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table
