The Job: We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal Team as a Litigation Paralegal. This is a hybrid role based in Valley City, OH or Towson, MD. You'll get to:
- Assist attorneys and other legal professionals in the management of the Company's global litigation docket, disputes, and other matters.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support litigation strategies.
- Assist in the timely and adequate preparation, review, organization, and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and trial documents.
- Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the drafting and editing of correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings, depositions, hearings, appointments, and other legal proceedings.
- Communicate with internal departments and external parties to gather information and facilitate legal processes.
- Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates relevant to the company's operations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Global Litigation Group.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the leadership of the Legal Team.

- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited program, or in process of obtaining same
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or in a corporate legal department
- Deep knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and litigation processes
- Extensive experience with legal research, case management, and e-discovery tools and software
- A desire to learn new things
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, detailed oriented, and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and in a timely manner
- The ability to work effectively in a team setting.

The Salary range for this position is $72,000.00 - $115,900.00
