A highly-regarded law firm in Mary Esther, Florida, is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney with 1-5 years of experience to join its well-established practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong civil litigation skills, the ability to manage cases independently, and a willingness to learn through mentorship from senior attorneys. The Firm's experienced attorneys provide ongoing strategic support and guidance in client management. The Firm's offer a competitive compensation package based on relevant litigation experience.

No business development is required-just focus on delivering high-quality work, billing professional hours, and ensuring cases progress efficiently. This role centers primarily on civil litigation in Florida state courts. Applicants should have (or be willing to develop) courtroom experience or be comfortable handling court hearings. An active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar is required.
