We are seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join our litigation team. This position offers an opportunity to handle a wide range of litigation matters from inception through trial in a collaborative and well-respected firm. The ideal candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently with support from senior attorneys when needed.

Responsibilities

-Managing all phases of litigation including client meetings, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

-Drafting legal memoranda, motions, and briefs

-Taking and defending depositions

-Appearing in court for hearings, conferences, and trials

-Working closely with firm partners and mentoring junior attorneys or associates

Qualifications

-J.D. from an accredited law school

-Admitted to practice in Indiana (required)

-3-7 years of litigation experience, with meaningful courtroom and motion practice exposure

-Strong written and oral advocacy skills

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
