As a Exposure Management Senior Product Associate in Liquidity & Account Solutions, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.

Job responsibilities
  • Own deep-dive programsfor priority products/rails: define approach, run discovery, validate evidence (KYP, process flows, policy requirements, controls), synthesize findings, and drive decisions on accept vs. mitigate.
  • Establish and maintain the exposure inventoryby setting documentation standards, running quality checks, and ensuring completeness and consistency of current-state assessments across products.
  • Lead risk identification and impact assessmentby partnering with Product Managers and functional partners to determine exposure types, drivers, control gaps, and severity; translate findings into clear risks/issues and action plans.
  • Manage remediation programs end-to-endfrom scoping through execution and closure: establish governance, define milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery and evidence-based closure across stakeholders.
  • Define exposure monitoring and reporting: partner to determine key measures/KPIs/KRIs, improve reporting processes, and deliver consistent monthly/quarterly materials that enable oversight and escalation.
  • Drive governance and controls embedding: support the design/administration of the framework (including annual attestations), and ensure exposure management outcomes are adopted by business owners and maintained over time.
  • Partner across the product lifecycleto ensure upstream/downstream implications are considered when implementing changes that affect exposure creation, monitoring, and resolution; write clear requirements and translate business needs to delivery teams where applicable.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, liquidityor a relevant domain area
  • Valid experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program delivery, risk/controls, or a related domain area in a complex organization
  • Proficient knowledge of lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition; ability to translate outcomes into executable plans and requirements
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven stakeholder management and executive-ready communication skills across cross-functional partners
  • Strong risk and controls mindset; ability to set standards that enable effective oversight, monitoring, and escalation

  • Deep-dive leadership:designs and runs structured deep dives, challenges assumptions, validates evidence, and produces clear, decision-ready outputs
  • End-to-end remediation program management:defines the work, aligns stakeholders, manages delivery and risk, and ensures sustainable closure with appropriate documentation and governance
  • Strong knowledge of Payments and liquidity products and associated risk/exposure drivers
  • Strong data analytics capability (including manipulating large datasets using BI tools)
