Position Title: LIQUID COOLING TECHNICAL SERVICES LEAD - FLORENCE, KY

Salary: $180,000 - $185,000

Pay Grade: 17

Other Forms of Compensation: BONUS

Job Summary

The Liquid Cooling Technical Services Lead serves as the senior technical authority for all liquid cooling infrastructure, with a specialized focus on glycol-based cooling systems, fluid management, and system reliability. This role provides engineering oversight, governance, and technical leadership across all sites and engineering teams supporting liquid cooling operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across all liquid cooling engineering teams
• Serve as SME for liquid cooling and glycol systems
• Establish engineering standards and SOPs
• Oversee system performance, reliability, and uptime
• Develop and manage glycol and coolant programs
• Implement fluid testing and monitoring programs
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support commissioning and capital projects
• Develop KPIs and reporting standards
• Manage vendors and OEM relationships
• Train and develop engineering teams

Required Qualifications
• 7-10+ years of experience in liquid cooling or mechanical systems
• Experience leading engineering teams
• Strong expertise in glycol and fluid systems
• Knowledge of pumps, heat exchangers, piping systems
• Experience in manufacturing or critical environments

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with advanced liquid cooling technologies
• Knowledge of FMEA and reliability practices
• Experience in commissioning large-scale systems
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms
• Relevant technical certifications
