BT-400 - Linux CNE Reverse Engineer/Vulnerability Research ExpertLocation: Arlington, VA (fully on site, not remote option)
**MUST HAVE A TS/SCI CLEARANCE TO APPLY. Those without an active security clearance will not be considered.**This role performs reverse engineering, vulnerability discovery, exploitability analysis, and technical research to support computer network exploitation objectives. The position requires expert-level knowledge of Linux internals, software behavior, vulnerability analysis, and low-level system architecture, along with the ability to document findings and develop innovative technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct advanced reverse engineering and vulnerability research against Linux-based systems and software.
- Identify, analyze, and assess vulnerabilities and potential exploitation techniques.
- Perform in-depth analysis of binaries, system components, and software behavior.
- Develop proof-of-concept research and technical approaches for validating vulnerabilities.
- Document technical findings, methodologies, and research results.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to support mission objectives.
Qualifications- Expert-level experience with Linux operating systems and system internals.
- Strong background in reverse engineering and vulnerability research.
- Deep understanding of software vulnerabilities, exploitation concepts, and low-level system architecture.
- Experience analyzing complex software and identifying previously unknown vulnerabilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.
