Job Summary

Job Title: Field Service Engineer, Linear Accelerator (LINAC)

Location: Chicago, IL (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $115,000 to $155,000 plus Comprehensive Benefits and Relocation Assistance

Role Overview:As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of Linear Accelerators at customer sites throughout the Chicago region. This field based position involves regular travel to hospitals and cancer treatment facilities, where you will diagnose complex technical issues, complete detailed service documentation, and ensure equipment meets all clinical and safety standards.

Key Requirements:
• Strong background in electronics or electromechanical engineering• Proven experience servicing and repairing medical Linear Accelerators
• Ability to read electrical schematics and utilize diagnostic software tools
• Willingness to travel throughout the greater Chicago area as required
