  • In partnership with the show's production leadership (LP/UPM, 1st AD), develop detailed schedules for Eyeline-supported sequences based on the script, location availability, team availability and hybrid production requirements.
  • Partner with Finance and Production Accounting to build, maintain and update Eyeline's hybrid budget and monthly cost reports; provide risk assessment by measuring production trends against the current schedule and budget, particularly where hybrid workflows impact VFX vs. physical spend, and communicate updates and options to Studio leadership and the show's LP/UPM.

  • Partner with Business and Legal Affairs to initiate agreements as needed for creatives, vendors and partners engaged on Eyeline's hybrid work.
  • Partner with creative, production and technical teams to ensure Eyeline's portion of the project's creative, practical and pipeline goals can be executed and delivered, identifying which scenes or sequences are strong candidates for hybrid production and where traditional approaches are preferable.
  • Oversee the distribution and timelines of assignments within Eyeline's hybrid scope and prioritize day-to-day operations, ensuring support staff are effectively managing logistics related to Eyeline's work (meetings, travel, permits, materials, tests, reviews, etc.).
  • Support Eyeline and show departments with problem solving, anticipating hybrid-related needs and concerns and providing integrated solutions.
  • Lead clear, proactive communication across Eyeline, Studio leadership, the show's production leadership and external partner studios, including weekly progress reports on schedule, budget, risks and hybrid production impacts; take part in scouts, techvis, tests, shoots, casting, recording and reviews as needed for Eyeline's work.

  • Deep knowledge of the bidding, budgeting and scheduling process, including experience rebalancing spend between physical production, VFX and hybrid workflows in partnership with a show's LP/UPM.
