Description of the RoleWe are seeking a Full Time Certified Ford Technician to join our team at Lincoln of Memphis. As a Certified Ford Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
Responsibilities- Performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Conducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and provide accurate repair solutions
- Repairing or replacing faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, or electrical systems
- Ensuring all repairs and maintenance work are performed according to manufacturer's guidelines and specifications
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies
- Communicating with customers and providing clear explanations of repair procedures and costs
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Requirements- Valid certification as a Ford Technician
- Prior experience working as a Ford Technician
- Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and their complex systems
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills
