Responsibilities:- Responsible for team compliance with enterprise vision and governance policies/procedures/regulations, schedules, service delivery quality, and stakeholder engagement plans/actions
- Maintains an in-depth understanding of IT hardware assets for lifecycle of existing processes, policies, and tools
- Ensures high-quality delivery through collaborative customer and team processes, reviews, and demonstrations
- Fosters open communication and collaboration to all levels of team structure; measures effectiveness using detailed performance metrics where practical
- Champions IT/IM service delivery standards and values across the enterprise
- Develops and maintains lifecycle project management plan for replacing and updating hardware and performs quality assurance management functions: IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
- Develops guidelines and procedures for updating upper management and stakeholders on lifecycle plans and plans for implementation, including Roadmap Planning
- Oversees quantifiable Continual Service Improvement (CSI) efforts
- Provides guidance and support for improved IT management and control
Qualifications:Required:
- Must hold a current Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI poly
- Experience leading projects of organizational significance
- An AS/AA and 10+ years of experience, BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, MS/MA and 6+ years of experience, or PhD and 4+ years of experience
- Current DoD 8140 - IAT II Certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
- Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.
Desired:
- Degree in Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
