Full Job Description
In this role, you'll lead a talented team driving thought leadership, multi-channel campaigns, and website strategy that directly fuels our sales pipeline and growth. You'll report to the Director of Marketing and have real ownership over how Clearwater shows up in a competitive fintech landscape.

This is a great fit for a senior marketing professional from a technology or financial services background who thrives on variety - strategy one day, hands-on execution the next - and who knows how to bring a team along with them.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness, establish Clearwater as a thought leader, and support pipeline and bookings goals
  • Get up to speed quickly on Clearwater's value proposition, key messaging, and target markets
  • Shape thought leadership themes and oversee content creation and distribution to key audiences
  • Own the strategy for Clearwater's public website and our digital publication, Clear Insights
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to prioritize the team's roadmap
  • Lead, develop, and grow a high-performing marketing team
  • Manage day-to-day team operations and project prioritization
  • Spot new opportunities, plan and schedule initiatives, and keep projects on track - with regular reporting to leadership
  • Own campaign budgets: estimate costs, track spend, and adjust as needed
  • Track performance against KPIs and use data to sharpen strategy over time

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within financial services or fintech
  • A track record of successfully leading and developing a team
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and reporting tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple priorities at once
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or similar
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles in either financial services or financial technology
  • History of successfully leading a team
  • Experience with marketing automation software, CRMs, and reporting tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
