Full Job Description
The successful candidate will be able to supervise a large number of licensing team members working to obtain and maintain consumer finance related licenses. In this role, the licensing supervisor will receive requests from attorneys and clients, assign license projects to team members, act as a point of contact for clients, prepare status updates, coordinate license applications and review supporting documents, and ensure timely completion of projects. Ultimately, this candidate will be responsible for managing multiple license related projects, including license renewals and annual reports, then developing and maintaining statuses for each client project.

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of project management experience, or supervisory experience, in a consumer finance or other regulated industry;
  • Experience working with the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System ("NMLS") preferred;
  • Experience with State Examinations and working with SES;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PDF software
