Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for 6-8 Life is Good licensees and support them in achieving revenue goals
  • Act as the lead contact for licensed properties including Dr. Seuss and NASA
  • Manage incoming product samples, ensuring an organized inventory in the Boston office
  • Track sales and royalties across licensed products and produce executive reports
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Wholesale, and eCommerce teams to support partners effectively
  • Develop and maintain product launch calendars for inbound licensing collections
  • Organize and maintain all partnership assets, contracts, and approvals

Requirements

WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE DONE
  • You have experience in brand licensing - including licensed-in property management and licensed-out partner management
  • You have worked with consumer products, with exposure to the apparel industry
  • You have managed product approval workflows using licensing software
  • You have worked with PLM systems for item setup and costing
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with project management tools
  • You have worked with Adobe Illustrator and can handle and edit artwork files
  • You have experience preparing presentations and presenting to varied audiences
  • You have successfully integrated AI into your daily workflows


WHAT YOU WILL DO

Own Your Partner Relationships
  • You serve as the primary contact for 6-8 Life is Good licensees - you know their business deeply and work alongside them to ensure they have everything needed to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • You are the lead team member and primary point of contact for all properties Life is Good licenses in - including partnerships like Dr. Seuss, Rudolph, NASA, and Airstream
  • You manage incoming product samples from all licensing partners, maintaining an organized sample inventory in the Boston office and ensuring samples are available for internal reviews and photography
  • You track sales and royalties across your licensed product portfolio and maintain accurate executive reports, working with partners on rolling forecasts that reflect financial results in real time


Drive Cross-Functional Coordination
  • You work across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Wholesale, and eCommerce to provide partners with the right support at the right time
  • You develop and maintain detailed product launch calendars for inbound licensing collections, facilitating internal meetings across all teams to keep communication clear and deadlines on track
  • You lead the process of purchasing licensed products for resale through Life is Good selling channels when applicable
  • You partner with Marketing to keep sell-in materials - Brand Decks, Brand Videos, and related assets - optimized and current


Manage Assets and Information
  • You organize and maintain all partnership assets, creative files, contracts, and approvals so the right information is always accessible and accurate
  • You track eCommerce sales and wholesale bookings of licensed product and maintain executive reports, ensuring your partners have appropriate access to best-selling graphics when relevant
  • You develop and oversee a quarterly Licensee Newsletter that keeps all partners connected to each other's successes and challenges at retail
  • You build and deliver presentations for key moments - including Sales Meetings and Quarterly Family Meetings - that are clear, compelling, and on brand
