Job Summary
The License & Compliance Senior Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with licensing requirements for software, data, and technology assets. This position is responsible for performing detailed compliance assessments, managing risk exposure, and delivering accurate reports for internal governance and external audit purposes. The role requires close collaboration with HR, Licensing, and IT teams to interpret and apply licensing terms, advise on appropriate usage of internal and third-party resources, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Candidates should possess strong analytical and organizational skills, an in-depth understanding of licensing models, and experience in compliance auditing.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities
• Serve as Shift Operations Licensing Coordinator and Physical Surveillance Program Coordinator for Operations.
• Coordinate with Medical Examiner, Medical Review Officer, and Substance Abuse Expert regarding regulatory and procedural requirements.
• Maintain expertise in federal requirements for Licensed Operators, NRC Fatigue Rules, and NFPA Fire Brigade standards
• Act as site Work Hour Rules expert/administrator for 10 CFR Part 26 Subpart I; serve on Industry Tech Rule Committee as an SME.
• Manage eSOMS suite and PQ&S modules, ensuring accuracy in personnel qualification and work hour tracking.
• Lead software quality assurance (SQA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) for compliance and operations applications.
• Prepare and participate in NRC and other regulatory audits related to Licensed Operators, Fire Brigade members, and Fire Protection.
• Administer VISION, WorkDay, and DevonWay applications for operations compliance.
• Maintain authorization lists, crew manning databases, and departmental training records.
• Support department communication needs, including operations web page maintenance and document databases.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, licensing coordination, or similar role in the nuclear power industry
• Proven knowledge of federal regulations including 10 CFR Part 26 Subpart I, USNRC Fatigue Rules, and NFPA Fire Brigade requirements
• Experience in license management, operator proficiency tracking, and audit preparation
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage complex regulatory documentation
• Proficiency with compliance-related software tools, including eSOMS, PQ&S, and WorkDay
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and interact with regulatory bodies
