Position Summary: LVN Home Health professionals conduct assessments, administer medications, monitor patients' health, educate on health management, maintain records, offer support, and work collaboratively under RN supervision. They require clinical skills, attention to detail, empathy, and teamwork.

Pay Range:$90,000 - $110,000
Compensation is determined by the following factors; experience, knowledge, skills, location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Current and unrestricted CA LVN License
- 1 year of LVN experience in a direct patient care setting
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
Salary Description
$90,000 - $110,000 per year
